Sun City Festival
Del Webb's newest West Valley Sun City — single-story homes, a 27-hole golf course, and room to breathe in north Buckeye.
Why I send clients here.
Sun City Festival is the community I point to when a client wants the Del Webb Sun City lifestyle with newer homes and more open desert around them. The golf course and restaurant are owned by the residents' own community association, and the amenity package is broad for the dues. Ask me for current pricing and which neighborhoods inside Festival fit your plans.
How Sun City Festival came to be.
Sun City Festival is a Del Webb 55+ active adult community in Buckeye, in the far northwest corner of the West Valley. It carries the Sun City name forward with single-story homes built around recreation centers, a crafts studio, a softball complex, and a community-owned 27-hole golf course.
